I need to make alot of cupcakes (like 40) for a fundraising/fete thing at the Dog refuge this sunday (Two days) They’ll be selling them with Coffee.
Does anyone have any good, easy recipes for cupcakes that is easy to double and that can be made the night before without going wierd/stale?
Also, if anyone has some good frosting/icing recipes that would also be appreciated.
