Why am I able to tolerate only one brand of Coffee (see details)?

I buy my Coffee Beans in 2-lb bags direct from Henderson Coffee factory (Henderson only distributes their coffee to casinos and restaurants, not stores). I have tried most brands of coffee and they tear up my throat (I have acid reflux), but Henderson Coffee never has done that; in fact, it’s like drinking water. Do you think it is because Henderson doesn’t put preservatives into their coffee beans?

Different coffees have different levels of acidity, so they may be using beans that are naturally lower.
