JavaFit Coffee – A Functional Healthy Coffee MLM Company – Their jump into Network Marketing
The History Of Javalution and JavaFit:
The Javalution Coffee Company was founded in 2003 by 2 friends that were looking for a way to stay fit and have more energy. They wanted to accomplish this with minimal changes to their present lifestyle. At this point they had what they called a “Javalution” because they thought that coffee or java would be the best way to deliver what they had in mind. Taking a product that millions of people already enjoy and combining it with vitamins they would be a big hit. People were already drinking vitamin water and other healthy beverage products so why not coffee? Checking the market they found that no one was making a coffee product with vitamins added to it. This led them to collaborate with Jose Antonio a Sports Nutrition Scientist and developed the formula to perfectly blend Gourmet Coffee with scientifically proven fortified nutrients. Seeing how this coffee or java was going to help keep you fit the name JavaFit came about. The JavaFit product is the brainchild of Scott Pumper , who is also currently the President.
The JavaFit products were sold in health food stores and at some health clubs in Florida from 2003 until June 2009. The products were also featured at body building events with great success. It became apparent that when there was someone present to describe the products that they did very well. So the idea of network marketing was hatched.
In January 2007 a JavaFit investor, Dave Briskie became the company’s CEO. Dave Briskie had just concluded his 18 year career which was highlighted by the merger of 3 different companies which became public on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Dave soon used his keen eye on mergers and acquisitions to advance Javalution Coffee Company by acquiring a 50% stake in a Coffee Roaster in November 2007. In June 2009 Javalution Coffee Company increased it’s stake in CLR Roasters to 85% making it now a wholly owned subsidiary of Javalution Coffee Company. Dave Briskie stated that this was just the beginning of their strategic growth and acquisition plan. JavaFit became a completely vertical coffee company with control of the product from start to finish. The advantage to completely control the quality of the Coffee Products is a true competitive advantage.
The next step to be taken was how the products would be marketed. It was found that these functional gourmet targeted coffee products that JavaFit has, such as an energy coffee, diet coffee, mental focus and immune coffee was best marketed by word of mouth. When someone could explain one on one just how the coffee blends were used and what they did, the product was a huge success. Then when the coffee was sampled it became even more of a success. People found the JavaFit Coffee to be a truly gourmet coffee in every area. The smell and the taste were clearly a big advantage with this coffee. With this in mind the term “functional gourmet coffee” was born. What better way to market one on one and get the word out about this coffee then network marketing. So in June 2009 JavaFit Coffee became a Network Marketing Company.
Now you have the history of Javalution and JavaFit Coffee and their start into the market place as a Network Marketing Company or as some people say, MLM.
The Start of JavaFit’s MLM:
JavaFit started its venture into network marketing in June 2009 with several functional gourmet coffee blends. All of them have been scientifically blended to maximize the effect of the vitamins, minerals and supplements as not to compromise the taste of the gourmet coffee. At the start of 2010 JavaFit introduced a line of non-functional coffee which I will only touch on here.
Products and Functions for Brewed Coffee:
The JavaFit Coffee product line is a formulated blend of 100% premium Arabica Coffee beans from Central America and Columbia. JavaFit carefully chooses freshly roasted gourmet beans for their coffee to create a delicious, full-bodied flavor. The gourmet coffees are then packed with vitamins, minerals and supplements to create the different functions the coffee covers.
1. Diet Plus 62 Coffee – This is a high energy, fat burning gourmet coffee that helps you stay fit. You can increase your energy and lose weight, suppress your appetite and exercise longer.
2. Energy Extreme 62 – Contains a blend of gourmet coffee with four clinically tested nutrients: garcinia cambogia with HCA, green tea extract with EGCG, extra caffeine and niacin. This blend stimulates metabolism, increases fat oxidation and enhances exercise performance.
3. Immune Plus Multi-Vitamins - This is a fortified gourmet coffee that helps you stay healthy. You can get the benefits of the immune-boosting ingredient, Echinacea, as well as energy and organ support from the essential vitamins and minerals.
4. Focus Plus Multi-Vitamins – You can get the benefits of the brain boosting ingredient, alpha-GPC, as well as energy and organ support from the essential vitamins and minerals.
5. Java Impact – This is a gourmet coffee enriched with 14 beneficial mushroom extracts. Ganoderma, reishi and chaga are just a few of the mushrooms that are in this coffee blend. A delicious and healthy blend that enables the body to activate its natural healing ability, JavaFit Impact detoxifies, invigorates and energizes, while reducing fatigue. This product impacts your overall wellness and stimulates your body’s natural digestive system.
6. Original Roast Coffee – This is a 100% premium Arabica Coffee. The beans come from Central America and Columbia. This coffee has a full-bodied flavor and definitely a gourmet coffee.
Other JavaFit Products: These coffee’s were added to the line in late 2009 to early 2010.
Original Roast Organic, Fair Trade Ground Coffee
Original Roast Whole Bean
Original Roast Whole Bean Organic, Fair Trade
Decaf Original Roast, Ground Coffee – Coffee is decaffeinated by using the Swiss Water Method.
Decaf Original Roast Organic, Fair Trade
There are several different sizes some of coffee products and blends come in.
There is a 2 oz, 8 oz and 16 oz size.
There is also a line of single serve coffee. This is ground coffee in a bag similar to a tea bag without the string. This is the closest to fresh brewed instant coffee that you can get.
The Javafit Coffee prices start at $5.99 for an 8 oz bag of Original Roast and go up to $19.99 for an 8 oz bag of Java Impact. Cases of coffee 24/2 oz bags start at $25 and go to $40. Each 2 oz bag makes a pot of coffee or 12-15 cups of coffee. My research shows that JavaFit is priced lower than other MLM companies that are in the coffee business.
Compensation Plan:
JavaFit has three levels you can join at. At some point in time you to get maximin compensation you will need to upgrade to the Exective Package. With all these packages you get plenty of coffee and marketing material. You will have plenty to get your business up and running.
1. Business Builder $100
2. Manager $300
3. Executive $ 500
You also must purchase a back office for $35
If you choose to have the company website that will be $19.99 per month. Actually you get 3 different websites for your money.
JavaFit uses the binary compensation plan and pays 20% on the weak leg. You can have as many levels deep as you want and the people you get in remain your people for life. In other words, “they cannot pass you up” .
There are 4 ways to make money with JavaFit.
1. Customer Sales – You have your own on-line store where retail and wholesale sales are made.
2. Fast Start Bonus – $20 to $100 plus extras from time to time like double bonuses.
3. Binary Bonus – 20% on your weak leg
4. Leadership Bonus
Note: In JavaFit a dollar is a dollar. $40 equals to 40PV and $80 equals 80PV
JavaFit requires you to maintain a $40 auto ship to be qualified to earn Fast Start and Binary Bonus. To be qualified for Leadership Bonus you need to be at $80 auto-ship. Many distributors order the 2 – 8 oz bags of Java Impact or the mixed case 24/2 oz bags of functional coffee. Many reps order more just to pass out as samples. The 2 oz bags are perfect for this.
Part of the compensation plan that most people don’t know about is that from time to time you are rewarded with shares of stock. It is common to see rewards of 250 to 500 shares of stock for achieving certain company contest goals.
Overall I rate this company high. It was in the top 10 best MLM companies by one magazine in the industry. The company has about 3,000 reps as of 6/1/2010. If you are familiar with network marketing then you know that having only 3,000 reps is very low and would be considered a ground floor opportunity. I have often heard it said that being one of the first 10,000 people to join is considered ground floor and those are the people to make the money. I don’t totally agree with this because I have seen people get into MLM companies with over 100,000 reps and really do well. JavaFit is also a public company listed on the stock exchange as JCOF.PK
So if you are looking to start a home business and have limited funds, network marketing may be right for you. Take a Tour of JavaFit and see if it is right for you.

Coffee Roasting $70.1 High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles Roasting coffee transforms the chemical and physical properties of green coffee beans into roasted coffee products. The roasting process is what produces the characteristic flavor of coffee by causing the green coffee beans to expand and to change in color, taste, smell, and density. Unroasted beans contain similar acids, protein, and caffeine as those that have been roasted, but lack the taste. It takes heat to speed up the Maillard and other chemical reactions that develop and enhance the flavor. As green coffee is more stable than roasted, the roasting process tends to take place close to where it will be consumed. This reduces the time that roasted coffee spends in distribution, helping to maximize its shelf life. The vast majority of coffee is roasted commercially on a large scale, but some coffee drinkers roast coffee themselves in order to have more control over the freshness and flavor profile of the beans. The Coffee Book $16.95 A freshly updated edition of the best introduction to one of the world’s most popular products, The Coffee Book is jammed full of facts, figures, cartoons, and commentary covering coffee from its first use in Ethiopia in the sixth century to the rise of Starbucks and the emergence of Fair Trade coffee in the twenty-first. The book explores the process of cultivation, harvesting, and roasting from bean to cup; surveys the social history of café society from the first coffeehouses in Constantinople to beatnik havens in Berkeley and Greenwich Village; and tells the dramatic tale of high-stakes international trade and speculation for a product that can make or break entire national economies. It also examines the industry’s major players, revealing how they have systematically reduced the quality of the bean and turned a much-loved product into a commodity and lifestyle accoutrement, ruining the lives of millions of farmers around the world in the process. Finally, The Coffee Book , hailed as a Best Business Book by Library Journal when it was first published, considers the exploitation of labor and damage to the environment that mass cultivation causes, and explores the growing “conscious coffee” market and Fair Trade movement. |
