I want to start my own Coffee Shop…….?

And I dont have a clue where to start. I know I need to think about things like wages for staff, and rent for the place, and a buisness license and supplies and equipment but….how do i go about getting started? What is the first things I should do? How much money am I going to need? How long will it take to get going?
Does anyone have any tips or tricks? Should I hire somebody to tell me how to do this? if so where would i find that someone?
