Why do we pay for each cup of Coffee at a coffee house, but we get re-fills at a diner/restaurant?
I wonder why it is customary to refill [upon request] our cups at a diner. but if we were to sit at a Coffee Shop/coffee house we must pay for each cup. Strange to me.
I like the douchebaggy answer the 1st kid posted. Nice attitude.
That’s why I don’t go to a coffee house. I’m not really into specialty coffees anyway so a good Diner works just fine.
